المحمدية تتجه نحو الاستغناء عن خدمات "سيطا"
على غرار ما قامت به مدينة البيضاء بفك تعاقدها مع "سيطا"، يتجه المجلس الجماعي للمحمدية للتخلي عن خدمات الشركة الفرنسية المفوض لها تدبير قطاع النظافة بالمدينة، والتي تكلفه ما يقارب خمسة مليارات سنتيم سنويا.
وحسب مصادر مطلعة، فإن رئيس جماعة المحمدية حسن عنترة، يفكر في فسخ عقد شركة "سيطا"، بسبب تردي أوضاع قطاع النظافة بالمدينة وانتشار الأزبال في معظم الأحياء والشوارع. مشيرة إلى أنه "يجري حاليا الإعداد لدفتر تحملات جديد سيتم الإفراج عنه قريبا، من أجل البحث عن شركة جديدة تكون قادرة على تحمل تدبير القطاع مع بداية شهر أكتوبر المقبل".
وأضافت نفس المصادر أن المجلس الجماعي يتجه في دفتر التحملات الجديد، إلى دفع أصحاب المحلات التجارية إلى حماية الحاويات الموجودة بقربها التي يتم استغلالها من طرفهم، إلى جانب تغريمهم ضياعها أو إتلافها. ناهيك عن إحداث حاويات تحت أرضية لتفادي بعثرة الحاويات من طرف النباشين، وتجنب رمي النفايات بجانبها.
يذكر أن مدينة الدار البيضاء، كانت قد قررت شهر شتنبر الماضي فسخ العقد الذي يجمعها مع شركة "سيطا" التابعة لمجموعة "سويز" الفرنسية، والناشطة في مجال تدبير الخدمات و جمع النفايات بعدد من مناطق العاصمة الإقتصادية.
