الهاشمي....‘مآب - مناصفة' لتعزيز الريادة النسائية
بمناسبة افتتاح لقاء تكويني حول موضوع “الريادة النسائية”، من طرف المدير العام لوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء خليل الهاشمي الإدريسي، تم خلاله إطلاق برنامج “ماب-مناصفة” الرامي إلى تعزيز الريادة النسائية، داخلة الوكالة.
وأشار الهاشمي أن البرنامج يهدف إلى دعم بروز الريادة النسائية، وتكريس روح ثقافة المناصفة، هذا وسيتم وضع مؤشرات شاملة ودقيقة لتقييم وقياس معدل تحقيق المناصفة سنويا، مخصص لفائدة 40 من النساء الأطر بالوكالة.
وصرح مدير وكالة لاماب لوسائل الإعلام قائلا :" “من واجبنا السعي، من خلال نهج الحكامة المعتمد بالوكالة، إلى تحقيق هذه المناصفة”.
ويشار أن هذا اللقاء التكويني يروم تعزيز الوعي بثقافة المناصفة، وخلق انسجام بين النساء المستفيدات من هذا التكوين، وتحسين “المهارات الناعمة” التي من شأنها مساعدة النساء على التدبير الأمثل للعاملين برفقتهن ومشاريعهن و”تكسير السقف الزجاجي” حتى تتمكن المرأة من الولوج إلى مختلف مناصب المسؤولية وذلك من خلال أسلوب منهجي.
