تسهيلات جبائية جديدة لفائدة شركات البسكويت بالمملكة
في إطار الميثاق الوطني لبرنامج الإقلاع الصناعي، أكدت معطيات صادرة عن وزارة المالية خلال دراسة حول استهلاك وصناعة الشوكولاطة، أن الحكومة المغربية قامت بتخصيص مجموعة من التسهيلات الجبائية والجمركية لفائدة الشركات المغربية العاملة في مجال صناعة البسكويت والشوكولاطة والحلويات.
وحسب الوزارة المذكورة، فإن هذه الشركات ستستفيد من "كوطا" سنوية للإستيراد ستصل إلى 2.5 في المائة من الرسوم الجمركية، هذه الأخيرة ستطبق على المواد التي تشكل مكونات الحلويات، وتهم السكر الخالص ودقيق الحليب والقمح المخصص لصناعة البسكويت.
الجدير بالذكر أن، القيمة الإجمالية التي استوردها المغرب من مستحضرات الحلويات المختلفة خلال الأعوام الثلاثة الأخيرة، وصلت إلى 65 مليون درهم، و256 مليون درهم على مستوى واردات المغرب من مستحضرات الحلويات المصنعة من القمح.
