توقيع اتفاقية ين صندوق الإيداع والتدبير و "CNOPS "
من أجل تحديد كيفية التدبير والحفاظ على الموارد المالية لنظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض الخاص بالطلبة، وقع اليوم الخميس 22 فبراير 2018، كل من "عبد اللطيف زغنون" المدير العام لصندوق الإيداع والتدبير و"عبد العزيز عدنان" مدير الصندوق الوطني لمنظمات الإحتياط الإجتماعي "CNOPS" اتفاقية تاريخية انسجاما مع المقتضيات القانونية المنصوص عليها في مجال التدبير المالي لنظام التأمين الإجباري عن المرض.
ويكلف الصندوق الوطني لمنظمات الإحتياط الإجتماعي، بموجب هذه الاتفاقية، صندوق الإيداع والتدبير بإدارة احتياطه الأمني والإحتياطات المتعلقة بالخدمات المتبقي أداؤها، وكذا الفائض المحتمل تحقيقه من طرف نظام التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض الخاص بالطلبة الذي يدبره الصندوق بموجب أحكام القانون 116-12.
وحسب مصادر إعلامية، فقد اتفق الطرفان الموقعان على الإتفاقية على إحداث لجنة للتتبع ستتكلف بتحديد التدبير الإستراتيجي للأصول واقتراح أهداف المردودية والمخاطر، فضلا عن الهوامش المتاحة للجهاز المدبر وتقييم أدائه.
وسيواصل الصندوق الوطني لمنظمات الإحتياط الإجتماعي الإستفادة من التدبير الآمن لصندوق الإيداع والتدبير بالنظر إلى تجربته في هذا المجال.
