مرة أخرى..السعودية تعترض صاروخا باليستيا أطلقه الحوثيون باليمن
اعترضت قوات الدفاع الجوي السعودي مجددا اليوم الثلاثاء 15 ماي الجاري، صاروخا باليستيا أطلق من الأراضي اليمنية في اتجاه مدينة جازان جنوبي المملكة، بحسب ما أعلنت قيادة قوات تحالف دعم الشرعية في اليمن.
وقال المتحدث باسم قوات التحالف العربي في بيان، إن قوات الدفاع الجوي للتحالف رصدت في تمام الساعة 12 و40 دقيقة من منتصف اليوم (التاسعة و40 دقيقة بتوقيت غرينيتش)، صاروخا باليستيا أطلقته "الميليشيات الحوثية التابعة لإيران" من محافظة صعدة اليمنية في اتجاه مدينة جازان. مضيفا أن قوات الدفاع الجوي السعودي تمكنت من اعتراض الصاروخ الذي "أطلق بطريقة متعمدة لإستهداف المناطق المدنية والآهلة بالسكان...، ونتج عن ذلك تناثر شظايا الصاروخ على الأحياء السكنية دون وقوع إصابات".
وأكد المسؤول ذاته أن "هذا العمل العدائي من قبل الميليشيا الحوثية المدعومة من إيران يثبت استمرار تورط دعم النظام الإيراني للميليشيا الحوثية المسلحة بقدرات نوعية في تحد واضح وصريح للقرارين الأممين (2216) و(2231)، وذلك بهدف تهديد أمن المملكة العربية السعودية وتهديد الأمن الإقليمي والدولي".
وكانت السعودية قد اعترضت منذ بداية العام الحالي عشرات الصواريخ التي أطلقتها ميليشيا الحوثي المدعومة من إيران، كرد فعل منها على استهداف المملكة لها في الأراضي اليمنية.
