مكتب الصرف للمغاربة.. التعامل ب”البيتكوين” مخالف للقانون
بعد اتجاه عدد من الأشخاص بالمغرب للتعامل بالنقود الإفتراضية “بيتكوين”، حذر مكتب الصرف من ذلك، على اعتبار أنه يشكل مخالفة لقانون الصرف الجاري به العمل، و يعرض مرتكبيها للعقوبات و الغرامات المنصوص عليها في النصوص ذات الصلة.
و سجل مكتب الصرف في بلاغ له الإثنين 20 نونبر، أنه لاحظ في الفترة الأخيرة إقبال بعض الأشخاص الذاتيين والمعنويين على التعامل بما يسمى النقود الإفتراضية، أو يعلنون قبولهم التعامل بها في معاملاتهم المالية، مهيبا بالجميع الإحترام التام لمقتضيات قانون الصرف الجاري بها العمل و التي تنص على أن المعاملات المالية مع الخارج، يجب أن تتم عن طريق الأبناك المعتمدة بالمغرب، و بواسطة العملات الأجنبية المعتمدة من طرف بنك المغرب.
و تابع بلاغ المكتب، أن التعامل بهذه النقود الإفتراضية يشكل خطرا على المتعاملين بها لكونها نقودا إفتراضية لا تتبناها الجهات الرسمية ويبقى دائما أصحابها الأصليون مجهولي الهوية. مشيرا إلى أن مصالح مكتب الصرف، تقوم بتنسيق مع مصالح بنك المغرب و التجمع المهني لأبناك المغرب، من أجل متابعة كل التطورات المتعلقة بالنقود الإفتراضية.
للإشارة ف”البيتكوين”، هي عملة إلكترونية إفتراضية يتم تداولها عبر الإنترنيت فقط و ليست موجودة بشكل فيزيائي، و لا يمكن مقارنتها بالعملات الأخرى مثل الدولار أو اليورو.
