إحالة سفاح المتشردين على قاضي التحقيقات بأكادير
قرر قاضي التحقيق بأكادير في قضية مهشم رؤوس 8 أطفال يعيشون بالشارع العام في حالة تشرد، تعيين أول جلسة لمتابعة المتهم، بعدما تم التحقيق معه على خلفية الجرائم التي ارتكبها.
وتم تحديد يوم 11 أبريل المقبل، للنظر في قضية مهشم الرؤوس أو سفاح المتشردين وهو في الثلاثينات من عمره وينحدر من بني ملال، بتهم تتعلق بالقتل العمد مع سبق الإصرار والترصد، بعدما تم إجراء الخبرة الطبية له ليتبين أنه لا يعاني من أي خلل عقلي، وبالتالي يجب متابعته بالتهم الموجهة له.
ويشار إلى أن التحقيقات الأولية مع المتهم، كشفت عن قيامه بالتنقل بين أكادير وانزكان وأيت ملول وأولاد تايمة بتارودانت، من أجل اختيار ضحاياه من المتشردين بعناية خاصة من ذوي البنيات الضعيفة، حيث كان يعمل على استمالتهم ليعرف أماكن نومهم، ليقدم عقب ذلك على تهشيم رؤوسهم خلال نومهم العميق في ساعات متأخرة من الليل، ويغادر نحو وجهة مجهولة، قبل أن تضع مصالح الأمن لأكادير حدا للكابوس الذي عاشته المدينة، وتوقيف الجاني في القضية التي شغلت الرأي العام كثيرا.
