الإستعدادات على قدم وساق بمراكش لإنجاح المؤتمر الدولي للتحكيم
ستحتضن مدينة مراكش فعاليات المؤتمر الدولي للتحكيم في دورته الأولى، خلال الفترة ما بين 12 و14 أكتوبر القادم حول موضوع: “التحكيم الدولي في عقود الإستثمار والتجارة الدولية”، والمنظم من طرف “المحكمة الدولية للتحكيم والوساطة في المنازعات التجارية”، بشراكة مع “الودادية الحسنية للقضاة” و”اتحاد المحامين العرب”.
وفي هذا السياق، وعلى هامش هذا المؤتمر ، اجتمع المستشار الدكتور” محمد العواد” رئيس المحكمة الدولية للتحكيم والوساطة في المنازعات التجارية بالأستاذ النقيب “عبد اللطيف بوعشرين” الأمين العام لإتحاد المحامين العرب.
واتفق الطرفان على ضرورة بذل قصارى الجهود استعدادا لإستقبال وفود رفيعة المستوى، والسهر على تسهيل مأموريتهم في المشاركة في المؤتمر، خاصة وأن الرهان الأساسي لدى المحكمة هو نشر ثقافة التقاضي الدولي، وجعل المغرب مكانا دوليا للتدريب والتكوين في المجال التحكيمي الدولي.
وخصص الإجتماع الذي تم خلاله استعراض آخر المستجدات المرتبطة بفعاليات مؤتمر مراكش الدولي للتحكيم، بالأساس للحديث عن أهم الترتيبات اللوجستية التي ينبغي اتخاذها لإستقبال الوفود المكونة من القضاة والمحامين الممثلين للعديد من الدول العربية، وباقي الهيئات العربية والدولية في المشاركة في فعاليات هذا المؤتمر والإستفادة من دورته التكوينية.
