الحكومة تدخل على خط ملف عمال "لاسامير"
بعد لجوء رجل الأعمال السعودي محمد حسين العمودي، صاحب شركة "لاسامير"، إلى تحكيم دولي ضد المغرب؛ أكد الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة مصطفى الخلفي، أن حكومة سعد الدين العثماني، اتخذت كافة الإجراءات لحماية حقوق عمال شركة تكرير البترول.
وشدد الخلفي، في ندوة صحفية أعقبت الإجتماع الأسبوعي للمجلس الحكومي، على استعداد الحكومة للدفاع عن مصالحها على كل المستويات، مؤكدا أن "القطاع الحكومي المعني يتابع الملف الذي هو الآن بيد القضاء المغربي".
وكان مالك "لاسامير" قد رفع دعوى قضائية بواشنطن، لدى المركز الدولي لتسوية منازعات الإستثمار، ضد المملكة المغربية، بسبب وضع الشركة تحت التصفية القضائية منذ عامين، وكلف العمودي مكتب المحاماة "جيبسون دون"، لرفع الدعوى ضد رئيس الحكومة سعد الدين العثماني، ووزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون ناصر بوريطة، ووزير العدل محمد أجار.
يذكر أن شركة "لاسامير" المالكة لمصفاة البترول الوحيدة بالمغرب، تخضع للحراسة القضائية اعتبارا من 21 مارس 2016، بعد ارتفاع مديونيتها إلى 4.3 مليارات دولار.
