المغرب يستفيد من المشروع الأوروبي لمكافحة الجريمة الالكترونية
انطلقت بالعاصمة التونسية خلال الفترة ما بين 21 إلى 23 مارس الجاري، مشروع للتعاون في مجال مكافحة الجريمة الالكترونية ببلدان الجوار الجنوبي للاتحاد الأوروبي، والذي ينظم بشكل مشترك مجلس أوروبا ووزارة تكنولوجيات الاتصال والاقتصاد الرقمي التونسية.
واستفاد من هذا المشروع الذي شرع في تطبيقه مجلس أوروبا على ثلاث سنوات، باعتمادات تقدر بـ 3.35 مليون أورو، (استفاد) في مرحلته الأولى العديد من البلدان التي تحظى بالأولوية، ومن بينها المغرب والجزائر والأردن ولبنان وتونس.
وتهدف هذه المبادرة التي يتم تمويلها بين الاتحاد الأوروبي ومجلس أوروبا للتعاون في مجال الجريمة الإلكترونية، في إطار الآلية الأوروبية للجوار، إلى تعزيز التشريعات وتأهيل المؤسسات في مجال الجريمة الإلكترونية والإثباتات الإلكترونية في منطقة الجوار الجنوبي لدول الاتحاد الأوروبي، وفق ما تقتضيه المتطلبات المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان ودولة القانون.
