ترامب يطالب رئيس فنزويلا بتقديم استقالته
تعاني فنزويلا من أزمات اقتصادية طاحنة، خاصة بعد التراجع الحاد في قيمة العملة وارتفاع ضخم في معدل التضخم.
وفي هذا الإطار، طلبت الإدارة الأمريكية من رئيس فنزويلا الإستقالة عن منصبه، "لإعتبارات الأمان والحماية لسكان أمريكا الاتينية".
وقالت السفيرة الأمريكية لدى الأمم المتحدة، يوم أمس الثلاثاء، في خطاب ألقته خلال مؤتمر نظمه مجلس الأمريكتين، إن الوقت قد حان لـ"نيكولا مادروا" لكي يستقبل عن منصبه، وذلك من أجل الأمان والحماية لجميع الأشخاص في أمريكا الاتينية.
وأضافت "نيكي هالي" أنها ليست متأكدة بشأن الطريقة التي تجعل ذلك يتحقق، لكني أعلم أننا لا يجب أن نتوقف.. يجب أن نستمر في عزلة مادروا حتى يستسلم.
