رسميا…مجلس النواب يصادق بالإجماع على تقاعد المهنيين المستقلين
صوت مجلس النواب، وبالإجماع، في جلسة عامة، على مشروع قانون 99.15 المتعلق بإحداث نظام معاشات لفئة المهنيين والعمال المستقلين والأشخاص غير الأجراء المزاولين لنشاط خاص.
وسيستفيد من إقرار هذا التقاعد 6 ملايين مغربي، كما سيستفيد بموجبه حوالي 11 مليون مغربي من التغطية الصحية.
وتشمل أسس النظام المعتمدة في مشروع القانون، على الخصوص، نظام إجباري واختياري بالنسبة للفئة التي لم يصل دخلها إلى دخل جزافي محدد لها بنص تنظيمي ونظام مدبر من طرف الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي ونظام منفصل عن نظام الأجراء.
