شركة BlackBerry تدخل في معركة قضائية مع فيسبوك
كدت شركة "BlackBerry" في بيان لها نقلته وكالة "رويترز"، أنها رفعت دعوى قضائية ضد الموقع الشهير "فيسبوك"، ومنصتي "واتساب" و"إنستغرام" التابعتين له، بتهمة انتهاك حقوقها الفكرية.
وقالت الشركة الشاكية إن: "فيسبوك" طور تطبيقات منافسة اعتمدت الحقوق الفكرية لبعث الرسائل في هاتف "بلاك بيري".
وأضافت المتحدثة باسم بلاك بيري "سارة ماكيني"، أن اللجوء إلى القضاء ضد موقع "فيسبوك" جاء بعد عدة أعوام من الحوار، مشيرة إلى أن لـ"بلاك بيري" واجبا تجاه مالكي الأسهم.
