فاس.. توقيف برلماني سابق بتهمة النصب والإحتيال
تمكنت عناصر الشرطة القضائية بحر هذا الأسبوع، من اعتقال برلماني سابق من داخل المحكمة الإبتدائية بمدينة فاس، وذلك على خلفية عدد من التهم الموجهة إليه، من ضمنها تهم وجهتها إليه والدته.
وحسب مصادر خاصة، فإن التهم تتعلق بتنفيد اعتداءات في حق والدته، وطردها من بيت العائلة في محاولة لتشريدها، واتهامه من قبل أشقائه بمحاولة الإستيلاء على ممتلكات الأسرة، باستغلال وثائق مطعون في صدقيتها، إلى جانب اتهامه من قبل أصحاب محلات المركب التجاري أنس بوسط المدينة، بالإستعانة بتوكيلات وهمية بإسم أفراد أسرته للنصب عليهم.
وكان البرلماني السابق الذي غير انتماءاته الحزبية في عدد من المرات، قد اختفى في الآونة الأخيرة عن الأنظار، بعدما فتحت النيابة العامة المختصة بحثا قضائيا في الشكايات الموجهة ضده.
