قطر تقدم 100 مليون دولار كمساعدات انسانية للسوريين
أكد محمد بن عبد الرحمن آل ثاني وزير الخارجية القطري، في كلمة ألقاها أمام المشاركين خلال مؤتمر بروكسيل لدعم سوريا الذي انعقد مساء أمس الأربعاء 25 أبريل الجاري، أن بلاده تعهدت بمبلغ 100 مليون دولار أمريكي خلال عام 2018، وذلك استمرارا لالتزامها بتخفيف وطأة الكارثة الإنسانية السورية، وتجاوز تبعات النزاع المسلح بسوريا منذ عام 2011.
وأضاف وزير الخارجية القطري في حديثه خلال المؤتمر الذي شهد حضور أنطونيو غوتيريس الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، وفريدريكا موغيريني الممثل السامي للاتحاد الأوروبي للشؤون الخارجية والسياسية الأمنية، وعدد كبير من المسؤولين، أنه سيتم تخصيص 50 بالمائة من المنحة لتعليم الطلبة السوريين بداخل وخارج سوريا.
وطالب وزير الخارجية القطري في حديثه من المجتمع الدولي، بضرورة حل قضية الشعب السوري من خلال حل سياسي متكامل، وعدم الاكتفاء فقط بمعالجة مسألة هجوم واحد، مؤكدا أن قطر ستسمر في دعم الشعب السوري.
وأشاد المسؤول القطري ذاته بالتحرك الأخير من طرف المجتمع الدولي، بعد الهجمات الكيماوية الأخيرة والتي كانت واحدة من عدة هجمات على الشعب السوري.
