ماراطون الرمال..المغربي المرابطي يتوج بطلا للمرة السادسة
خلال الدورة الـ 33 لماراطون الرمال 2018 التي يتم تنظيمها، خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 6 إلى 16 أبريل الجاري بمنطقة الراشيدية، تمكن العداء المغربي رشيد المرابطي من فريق "تي جي سي سي" من الفوز مساء الجمعة 13 أبريل الجاري بالمرحلة الخامسة بالمسابقة التي ربطت بين جبل مرعي ومرداني على مسافة 42.2 كلم، ليكون هذا اللقب هو السادس له خلال مسيرته والخامس على التوالي، بعدما فاز في سنوات 2011 و2014 و2015 و2016 و2017.
المرابطي ابن مدينة مرزوكة والبالغ من العمر 25 سنة، اجتاز المسافة المذكورة في ظرف 19س 35د و49ث، بعد أن أنهى المرحلة الأولى في المركز الثاني، ليتقدم في الأخير على شقيقه الأصغر محمد المرابطي الذي قطع المسافة ذاتها في نحو 20س و01د و28ث ليحتل المركز الثاني، متقدما على الفرنسي روبير ميريل الذي جاء بالمرتبة الثالثة بنحو 20س و41د و00ث.
