محكمة هولندية ترفض تسليم البرلماني السابق سعيد شعو للمغرب
أصدرت محكمة هولندية الخميس 22 فبراير حكما يقضي بعدم تسليم البرلماني السابق سعيد شعو، الذي يشكل موضوع مذكرة توقيف دولية للاتجار في المخدرات، إلى موطنه الاصلي المغرب.
وأوضحت سفيرة هولندا في الرباط في تصريح أن المسؤولين في بلادها سيقومون باستئناف الحكم الذي أصدرته المحكمة بعدم ترحيل شعو.
وأكدت السفيرة الهولندية على أن سلطات بلادها "تحافظ على علاقات الصداقة الغنية والتاريخية مع المغرب، والتي تولي لها اهتماما كثيرا".
وكانت السلطات الهولندية قد ألقت القبض على شعو شهر يونيو الماضي، في إطار "تطبيق مسطرة الترحيل إلى المغرب ليحاكم على الجرائم المتعلقة بالاتجار في المخدرات وتكوين عصابة إجرامية وتبييض الأموال ومحاولة القتل".
وسعيد شعو "51 عاما"، الحامل للجنسية الهولندية، أحد أبناء إقليم الحسيمة، وكان برلمانيا سابقا عن حزب العهد الديمقراطي، ثم التحق بصفوف حزب التجمع والأصالة، بعد دمج الحزبين، قبل أن ينسحب منه.
