مكناس..المحكمة الإبتدائية تطلق أولى جلساتها الرقمية
عقدت المحكمة الابتدائية بمدينة مكناس أمس الخميس 12 أبريل الجاري، أول جلسة رقمية لها والتي تعتبر سابقة للمحكمة المذكورة، التي قام فيها القضاة بالاستغناء عن الوثائق الورقية، معتمدين على محتوى الملفات الرقمية المخزنة بالخازن الإلكتروني للمحكمة.
وتم خلال هذه الجلسة التي تأتي ضمن الجهود المبذولة في مجال تحديث الإدارة، تنزيلا لورش الرقمنة الذي أطلقته وزارة العدل، وتجويد الخدمات المقدمة للمرتفقين، كما تعتبر خطوة أولى في مجال المحكمة الرقمية، والاستغلال الأمثل للنظام المعلوماتي بين القضاة وكتابة الضبط والمحامون بالجلسة، وذلك في أفق انعقاد باقي الجلسات بشكل إلكتروني، في انتظار تعميم التجربة بباقي شعب المحكمة.
وفي تصريح صحفي له بهذه المناسبة أكد امحمد الكرمة رئيس المحكمة الابتدائية بمكناس، أن أولى الجلسات الرقمية بالمحكمة تمت بالقاعة الثانية للمحكمة، وسط حضور كل من وكيل جلالة الملك ونقيب هيئة المحامين بمكناس ورئيس هيئة المفوضين القضائيين، مضيفا أنه تم خلال الجلسة ذاتها معالجة عدد من الملفات تتعلق بالمستعجلات.
