ملف "لاسامير"..العمودي يقاضي المغرب دوليا +وثيقة
قام محمد الحسين العمودي الملياردير السعودي، والذي كان يملك حصة 67.2 في المائة من أسهم شركة "لاسامير"، بمقاضاة المغرب أمام المركز الدولي لفض نزاعات الاستثمار التابع للبنك الدولي المتواجد بواشنطن، طالب فيها بفتح مسطرة تحكيمية بخصوص أزمة مصفاة المحمدية والتي بدأت في عام 2015 نتيجة تراكم ديونها التي بلغت 44 مليار درهم نهاية عام 2014، ليتوقف إنتاجها سنة 2015.
وبحسب المعطيات المتوفرة فإن كورال المغرب التابعة للمجموعة السويدية كورال بترول المملوكة للشيخ محمد حسين العمودي، وضعت عن طريق مكتب محاماة بأمريكا، طلب استئناف لدى المركز المذكور، من أجل فتح مسطرة تحكيم ضد المغرب في شخص رئاسة الحكومة ووزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي ووزارة العدل.
وذكر العمودي حسب الوثيقة التي توصل إليها موقع "ولو.بريس"، في طلبه لدى المركز الدولي المشاكل التي واجهها بالمغرب والتي حددها في، الحجز على الحسابات المصرفية والعقارات التابعة لشركته، بجانب حظر سفن النفط من الرسو في ميناء المحمدية لتزويد المصفاة بالنفط الخام، وهو الأمر الذي أدى إلى توقف أنشطة المصفاة.
وتعتبر هذه المرة ليست الأولى التي يقف فيها المغرب أمام هذه المحكمة، فقد سبق أن حكم المركز الدولي لصالح إحدى الشركات الإيطالية، وطالب المغرب بدفع تعويضات مالية ثقيلة، إلا أن المغرب استطاع التوصل إلى اتفاق مع المستثمر الإيطالي حينها ليتم دفع مبلغ مالي أقل من الذي حكم به ضده.
