مونديال 2026.. رئيس الكاف يدعو الأوروبيين للتصويت للمغرب
حث الملغاشي أحمد أحمد، رئيس الكونفدرالية الإفريقية لكرة القدم "كاف"، في حديث لوكالة الأنباء الفرنسية نشر الإثنين 23 أبريل الجاري، الإتحادات الأوروبية للعبة على التصويت لفائدة ملف ترشح المغرب لإحتضان نهائيات كأس العالم لسنة 2026.
وقال رئيس "الكاف": "نحن، نقول لأوروبا، صوتوا لنا، وسنصوت لكم في المرة القادمة. هذا واضح، إنها الديمقراطية". معتبرا أن "التوقيت الزمني، المسافة، الجماهير، مسألة تكتسي أهمية بالنسبة لأوروبا (التصويت لصالح المغرب)"، مشيرا إلى أن الأوروبيين "لا يحتاجون إلى تأشيرة للذهاب إلى المغرب".
وتابع أحمد أحمد بالقول "لكل هذه الإعتبارات، نتوقع أن أوروبا يجب أن تصوت لصالح المغرب". ولفت إلى أن الترشيح المغربي "يبعث على الأمل بالنسبة للكثير من الشباب الإفريقي. نحن بحاجة إلى تعزيز هذا الأمل بالنسبة لشباب في حالة انعدام التوازن، وفي تساؤل مستمر بشأن مستقبلهم. بتنظيم كأس العالم في إفريقيا، يمكن لهذا الشباب أن يغذي آماله". مذكرا بأن الهيئة الإفريقية تدعم الترشيح المغربي "مائة بالمائة".
وكانت العديد من الإتحادت الأوروبية من بينها فرنسا، قد أعلنت مساندتها للترشيح المغربي لإستضافة مونديال 2026، في مقابل الملف الأمريكي المشترك (الولايات المتحدة كندا والمكسيك).
